Maintenance Technician Texas - Lewisville

About the Role

Cottonwood Residential is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Toscana at Valley Ridge Apartments in Lewisville, TX.

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building and grounds maintenance.
• Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available on‑call for after‑hours emergencies with Service Manager support.
• Move, lift up to 50 lbs, and work standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, pushing, pulling, and navigating difficult terrain.
• Read, write, and speak English and interpret company paperwork, safety manuals, and operating procedures.
• Climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.

• EPA Type II or Universal certification (required).
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• CPO certification (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move large objects.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and after‑hours emergencies.
