As a Tradesman Plumber you will assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Work with customers to determine the best solution for them; maintain professionalism with customers, team members, and vendors
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log jobs in Service Titan (including pictures and descriptions of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
• Manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations
• Work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs
• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed, handled appropriately, timely, and accurately
• Operate company vehicles; follow all state and federal laws and maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance
• Meet safety responsibilities & requirements; no tolerance for disregarding safety instructions
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• At least 1+ year of experience as a service plumber
• Valid Tradesman/Journeyman Plumbing License
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self‑motivation

• Regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus
• Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, electricity, gases, and moderate noise
