Essential Job Functions- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan)
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean record
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
