Pool Maintenance Technician

Superior Pool Service in Plano, TX seeks a Pool Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial pools across DFW. In this field-based role, you'll clean pools, test and balance water chemistry, and inspect equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, brushing and backwashing filters for residential and commercial clients
• Test and balance water chemistry; add chemicals safely to maintain proper sanitation and clarity
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems; report issues and perform basic repairs
• Document service performed, readings, and parts used in company systems or service tickets
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, recommended repairs, and proper pool care
• Follow company safety procedures for chemical handling, driving, and use of tools/equipment
• Coordinate with office staff on scheduling, parts needs, and follow-up service calls
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized, and operable condition
