Driver Helper

Job Summary

Full‑time Driver Helper – Graveyard shift. Pay: $15.73 per hour.

Location:

Lewisville, TX.

• Assist delivery driver unloading and checking product quality at customer locations.
• Drive to various delivery points and assist with deliveries.
• Use a 2‑wheel dolly for unloading.
• Notify supervisor when a customer does not receive a complete order.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain company equipment, follow safety rules, and perform pre‑trip inspections.
• Ensure products meet quality and rotation standards.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
• Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic.
• Knowledge of product delivery schedules.

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to climb on and off truck boxes.
• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

• Cold warehouse environment.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, extremely cold temperatures).

• Steel‑toed shoes required.
• Employees must have reliable transportation to and from work.
