The Warehouse Associate role is a key part of the Superior Floors team. In addition to maintaining our warehouse facility's daily materials handling duties, they are also responsible for inventory control and assisting our installer partners with their material needs. This role best suits those who wish to stay busy by balancing physical and clerical duties.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain receiving and order records for BOLs and current inventory quantity
- Load/unload received flooring materials
- Work with the Installation team to reconcile any material and/or labor discrepancies between the estimate and sold job
- Follow all safety standards and comply with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Attend weekly department meetings with the Facilities Manager to review processes and solicit feedback
- Manage the usage of heavy equipment
- Ability to pass a background check
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to operate Forklift and obtain Forklift Certification (If not already certified, we will provide certification education)
- Manually and safely lift and carry up to 75lbs repetitively.
- Lifting, kneeling, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling are continuous essential functions of the job.
- Prior warehouse experience / logistics knowledge required
- Basic computer skills and understanding of database/CRM navigation
- Ability to work Mon-Friday 6 am-8 pm

1 year (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Forklift Certification (Will Certify)
Part-Time Availability
Hours- Monday-Friday 6 am - 8 pm
- Possible Saturday 6 am - 12 pm
- Scheduled in shifts
