E-Commerce Team Member

Shift Schedule

Night shift Sunday to Thursday 10:00 PM-6:30 AM.

As an E‑Commerce Team Member, you support the Ecommerce Business by safely pulling, packing, and shipping orders received on our e‑commerce and warehouse management system platforms. The e‑Comm Team Member must interface well with other team members to create a positive work environment and healthy team culture.

• Promote a safety culture throughout the facility; working safely is the #1 priority.
• Select products and place them accurately in boxes for shipments.
• Label packages as fragile or perishable for effective shipment.
• Assemble daily shipments by order location and category.
• Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.
• Inspect the product as it is packed to ensure there is no damage.
• Perform quality control assessments and stack items safely and securely.
• Build and stack boxes.
• Perform other assigned duties as instructed.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.

• Interact in a professional, friendly and respectful manner.

• Great work ethic.
• Ability to listen and take direction agreeably.
• Be on time and reliable.

• Must pass a background check.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime.
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dress code is relaxed; comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.

This job involves occasional exposure to cold temperatures, loud noises, dust, and dirt. The work is repetitive and requires working around moving machines, order pickers, and forklifts.

• Prolonged walking in a cold warehouse below 34°F for up to 8–10 hours daily.
• Maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods.
• Maintain attention for long periods with constant interruptions.
• Walk, stand, kneel, bend at the knees, squat throughout the day.
• Continuously reach and pull.
• Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times a day.
