Our warehouse is the heartbeat of production — nothing gets built without the right materials in the right place at the right time. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll receive, stage, and kit the components our production and field teams depend on, keeping inventory accurate and jobs on schedule. And because Prime is employee-owned, the work you do here is work you have a stake in.
Whatyou'll do
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
- Pick, kit, and stage components for production and field jobs.
- Maintain accurate inventory using scanners and warehouse systems.
- Load and unload shipments and operate material-handling equipment (forklift).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience (a plus).
- Forklift experience or a willingness to become certified.
- Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.

Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position. Generally, roles at Prime Controls may involve moderate noise, occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and, depending on the role, work at heights or around airborne particles and electrical components. Physical activities may include standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as the use of hands, arms, and voice communication.
Some roles may require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements may include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
