Material Handler

The Job Center seeks a reliable Material Handler for a fast-paced light industrial environment. In this role, you'll load, unload, and move materials, support shipping and receiving, and keep inventory organized and labeled. You'll use pallet jacks, carts, and basic warehouse tools while following safety and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, stamina for standing and lifting, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals.

You'll work closely with a team-focused staffing partner that values responsiveness, clear communication, and helping people connect with solid job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to work orders and shipping documents
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, quantity, and quality, and report discrepancies
• Label, sort, and organize inventory to maintain a clean, efficient, and accessible warehouse layout
• Track inventory movements using basic computer systems, scanners, or paper logs as required
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies to minimize accidents and injuries
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Support general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, trash removal, and keeping aisles clear
