Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a commercial real estate agent is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Lexington Park, Maryland.

• Answer and direct incoming calls, manage visitor logs, and issue security badges.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
• Receive and distribute packages, mail, and courier deliveries.
• Coordinate boardroom schedules and maintain meeting room equipment.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.

• High school diploma required.
• 0-2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
