Lexington Park Dentistry has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Associate/Billing Specialist to join our team. Position Details:

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with occasional Fridays as needed)

Join a positive, welcoming office atmosphere where patients are at the heart of what we do, and the team works together to achieve excellence.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A minimum of one year of dental office experience (required) and one year of dental billing experience (required)
  • A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
  • Experience with insurance verification and claims processing to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Knowledge or experience with Eaglesoft Software (a plus, but not required)
  • Strong skills in accounts receivable and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage patients and team members effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills—your ability to create a welcoming and positive environment is key
  • A calm demeanor and flexibility, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • A team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to constant learning and professional growth
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
