We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking an IBST Enterprise VMware/SAN Admin - Mid to Sen. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Applicants without a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
Install, configure, and maintain an organization s local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.
Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

- Configuring and Maintaining SAN (Net App)
- Configuring and Maintaining Network Storage
- Configuring and Maintaining Windows Servers
- Troubleshoot tier 2-3 tickets for customers
A mid-level candidate has 3 or more years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.
A senior candidate has at least 10 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a MA/MS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position. VMware Administration, SAN experience, Windows Administration, and ACAS.
Education RequirementsBachelor or Master degree dependent upon level. Substitutions include:
Associate Degree plus 2 years extra work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor Degree. High school diploma or GED and/or a relevant technical certification plus 4 years extra work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor Degree. Bachelor Degree plus 5 years extra work experience may be substituted for a Master Degree.
