This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2012, Windows 11, and upcoming OS environments.
• Manage and support servers, workstations, storage, and network infrastructure supporting the Data Reduction Facility.
• Oversee and maintain RAID arrays, SAN, and NAS storage solutions to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and backup procedures are in place and effective.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize data workflows.
• Manage software updates, patches, and system configurations for current and future operating systems.
• Procure devices and hardware components for end-of-life systems to ensure continued operational capability.
• Document system architecture, procedures, and configurations.
• Support user access and provide technical assistance as needed. Implement best practices for system security, disaster recovery, and storage management.

Basic Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience. Minimum of Security+ certification and OS certification. Windows Server/Domain Controller experience

Education Requirements:

Bachelors preferred.

Security Clearance:
Top Secret or above (must be a US Citizen). Candidates with a Secret clearance may be considered.

Telework and Travel:
On-site work.

Contract:
