As the C-12 Maintenance Manager, you will lead the effort maintaining the fleet of C-12 aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment in accordance with the customer’s contracted terms. The CLS system includes all aircraft maintenance and personnel, materials and inspections, launch and recovery of the aircraft, supply of all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP);
repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations; maintenance and repair of all support equipment; aircraft paint; engine repair and overhaul.
Oversees all UC-12 maintenance operations to ensure the safety, airworthiness, compliance, and efficiency of the fleet. This role requires a mix of leadership, technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and organizational skills. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability of the aircraft while adhering to strict aviation regulations, timelines, and budgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for routine inspections, repairs, and overhauls.
- Ensure compliance with aviation FAA Part 23/43/145 requirements and commercial derivative aircraft.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections as required by regulatory agencies.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff, including technicians, engineers, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement maintenance practices in alignment with safety standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of tools, parts, and equipment.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- 15 years or more aircraft maintenance experience
- 10 years or more managing multiple site aircraft maintenance including complex aircraft modifications
- Ability to obtain & maintain a United States
DoD Secret Security Clearance.
NOTE:
United States Citizenship is required to obtain & maintain a United States
DoD Secret Security Clearance. - High school diploma/GED
- 7 years or more maintaining King Air/1900 Airliner series aircraft
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - Experience with military and civilian aircraft
