Experience:

* Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
* At least three (3) years financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within FMS is required. Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is desired.
* Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and Navy regulations as set forth in the SAMM, DoD 5105.38- M is desired. Position

* Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial management support from implementation to case closure.
