Our team is seeking an FMS Case Finance Management Support Officer focused on Aerospace Acquisition and Sustainment Services to help drive creative solutions and take initiative when problem-solving. Assignments will vary, but will include the following responsibilities:

• FMS Financial Reporting – Conduct periodic FMS case financial status liaison and reporting, including monthly forecast-to-actual reporting and support for the annual Defence Management and Financial Plan and Mid-Year Review.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong working relationships with PMA-265 and NAVAIR Business and Financial Managers to understand disbursement forecasting tools and cost drivers, obtain relevant financial artefacts, and identify trends affecting FMS case status.
• Financial Analysis – Review financial information for accuracy and completeness; develop analytics, dynamic reports, dashboards, drill downs, and visualizations; and provide business intelligence and professional advice on complex matters.
• Program Support – Contribute to strategic planning, program and project management, and consistent financial management arrangements across ACEASPO NAVAIR FMS cases, including financial management, case development, and risk management using Predict!.
• Financial Reviews – Support ongoing FMS Sustainment Case Financial Reviews using evolving templates and formats and engage stakeholders on complex or sensitive issues.
• Budget and Travel Oversight – Provide assurance and oversight for TLO travel and Budget Limit Advice processing and assist the IMAC team with accurate General Operating Budget journaling, policy interpretation, and financial practices and procedures.
• Case Performance – Assist the IMAC team with FMS case status reporting and identify issues and risks affecting case performance and delivery.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with PAC Quality Management System (QMS) which conforms to the requirements of ISO
  9001:2015, and contribute to PAC Quality Objectives. In consultation with leadership, prepare and/or conduct performance and quality audits on relevant PAC contracts as required.
• Travel – Local and interstate travel in support of this position. Travel is expected up to 10% of the time.

This is an office-based role supported by a local team, with training and guidance available on the ground. The broader PAC team operates across multiple locations and time zones, and your on-site presence is key to supporting colleagues whose remote access to certain systems is limited.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Holds a SECRET-level U.S. Government or Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
• Has experience in U.S. Department of Defense FMS financial management, including working knowledge of and access to the Security Cooperation Information Portal.
