Right at Home – Southern Maryland In-Home Care & Assistance is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults who need support in their daily lives.
As a Caregiver, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while making a meaningful difference in their lives.
We currently have immediate openings for dependable caregivers with flexible scheduling options.
Location: Lexington Park, MD 20653 (St. Mary’s County)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Type: In-home one-on-one caregiver
Shifts: Dayshift, Morning, Night, Evenings, Weekday, Weekend, and On-Call
Other Service Areas: Charles County, St. Mary’s County, and Calvert County, MD

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
At least 1 year caregiving experience (home care, facility, private duty, or family care)
Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
Ability to communicate clearly and provide compassionate care
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Nurse aide duties and daily living support
Transportation to appointments and errands
Light housekeeping and household support
Companionship and social engagement
Supporting client comfort, safety, and well-being
