Systems Analyst
Essential Job Duties
- Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

- Less than Three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
A working knowledge of DOD policies and procedures relating to FMS
Education RequirementsMS Office, AMS Experience Desired, not required.
- BA/BS Degree
- Allowable Substitution for Bachelor's Degree
- Associates Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain a valid passport within 90 days of hire.

Salary& Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $72,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
