Learning Systems Solution Architect
The Opportunity:
Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems including learning management systems (LMS) and cloud‑based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems and works without considerable direction, leading tasks.
- Support end‑to‑end system implementations: requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of LMS or cloud‑based platforms.
- Resolve complex system issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, perform root‑cause analyses, and deliver long‑term solutions to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions to engage stakeholders, uncover system needs, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Present system concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
- Deliver polished, client‑facing products, including solution documentation, testing results, user guides, and recommendations aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms; 9+ years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of enterprise LMS or cloud‑based technologies and their customization to address unique user needs and compliance constraints in federal or large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end implementations, troubleshooting, and deployment of LMS or cloud‑based solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate scalable and sustainable solution configurations that enhance system performance and user adoption.
- Experience conducting testing and research of less familiar system capabilities and supporting proactive solution development.
- Knowledge of talent management frameworks and processes such as learning, competency modeling, and succession planning within the federal or public sector context.
- Knowledge of facilitation and communication best practices to engage clients across multiple channels.
- Certification such as Cornerstone OnDemand Certification.

CompensationProjected compensation range: $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, experience, and organizational requirements. Posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
