Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Computer Network Architect to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The contract is managed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).
Responsibilities- Design and implement LAN, intranet, extranet, and data communication networks.
- Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning activities.
- Develop and maintain network security measures and controls.
- Research and recommend network hardware and software solutions.
- Support network performance, reliability, and connectivity improvements.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Associate degree in computer science, IT, or related field with at least 7 years of experience.
- High school diploma with at least 9 years of experience.
- Active Secret or higher clearance.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work location:
Onsite, PAX River, Maryland.
Travel: 0–10%.

Salary range: $82,000–$142,000 (depending on level).
