We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with expertise in cloud computing, cloud migration, and business development. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end cloud initiatives while simultaneously supporting growth through client engagement, opportunity development, and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate blends technical acumen with strong leadership and a proven ability to drive both delivery and revenue.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cloud computing and cloud migration projects across multiple clients or business units.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

• Oversee migration strategies including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and cloud-native transformations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security frameworks, and performance standards.
• Track and optimize cloud utilization, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to cloud services and digital transformation.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions for customers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular status updates, executive briefings, and performance reports.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) / 8 years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for a degree
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on cloud-based initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing cloud migration projects (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proven track record in business development, capture support, or client growth.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Financial and cost management (including cloud cost optimization).
• Risk management and decision-making.
• Technical fluency in cloud platforms and migration tools.
• Client-focused mindset with strong business acumen.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Secret (must be able to obtain TS/SCI).

• Typical office environment.
