Mid-Level Analyst IETM LEM Support/Technical Product Manager

Location:

Pine Hill – Lexington Park, Maryland, United States (on-site)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $101,920 per year (equivalent to $40.87 to $49.00 per hour)

Travel:
The position requires supporting multi‑week travel, most trips being 1 week or less, with travel expected to constitute 20% or less of work time.

Location:

Candidates located within 30 minutes of Patuxent River, MD or Chesapeake, VA are preferred, though all locations will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the overall technical content authoring agent for the 11-100 IETM, including support for typical content updates, IRACs, TPDR resolution, ECP‑driven changes and associated materials.
  • Coordinate engineering, logistics, programmatic, supply, and associated stakeholders both within PMA‑202 and across the broader CAD/PAD systems development and sustainment communities for IETM‑related activities and needs.
  • Draft, manage, and review IETM update releases throughout the content and viewer development lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and completion of IETM releases, whether broad Fleet/End User or tailored.
  • Support Fleet engagement and serve as a front‑line actor in addressing Fleet inquiries, needs, and optimizations for the 11‑100 IETMs.
  • Support the development of requirements and authoring tool capabilities for the 11‑100, including associated training materials and integration with the larger CAD/PAD Virtual Fleet Support ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience;
    Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of experience; or high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizen able to obtain a Security Clearance;
    Active Clearance is a plus.
  • Military Logistics and Fleet Maintenance experience with CADs and/or PADs is highly desired.
Required Skills
  • Review, analyze, and decompose engineering and COTS source materials at both mature and maturing stages to develop and document technical manual/IETM feedback with technical edits, rule‑based edits, analysis and recommendations.
  • Harmonize inputs to create concise documentation of details for both deep analysis of systems and broad consolidation of technical issues.
  • Document and present data, information, status, and solutions in detailed, peer‑summarized and executive‑summarized documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and reports.
  • Perform tabletop and observe planeside maintenance activities in accordance with technical publications and IETMs by US Marines, documenting discrepancies, issues and feedback related to using the technical publications.
  • Operate, communicate and interact across stakeholders with a wide variety of technical, professional experience and organizational backgrounds.
  • Collect, collate, and transcribe discrepancies and other technical publication feedback generated manually and electronically during verification, enter information into and manage data repositories, and track discrepancy resolution workflows through validation of corrected IETM.
  • Assist in project planning and development of project control documents including ROMs, authoring schedules, integration of FMS and USN needs, technical whitepapers, and content complexity/risk assessments.
  • Create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner using the guidelines established by the project manager, program manager or customer.
  • Excel in written and oral communication skills in both structured and unstructured media.
  • Work with a geographically distributed team of integrated analysts and technical SMEs.
  • Track action items, plan and coordinate events and programmatic data calls.
  • Actively support program meetings, conferences, and reviews, including issuing minutes.
  • Prove ability to work on multiple projects with separate timelines and levels of complexity, providing effective and efficient support or leadership as required by project and project stage.
