Compensation:
Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

• Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.).
• Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated success in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and a commitment to excellence.
