Travel: Up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required
Pay: $17.50 per hour, next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
Position: Retail Display Installer – Technology

• Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate; schedule and accept all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures according to client planograms and directives.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving job sites.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person teams, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team's overall success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, completing training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Remain available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks requiring kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, and overhead reaching.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; ability to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
• Proficient smartphone user for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device for data upload and platform navigation.
• Completion of all training assignments within the designated time frame.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, time‑management, and reporting skills.
