Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Oversee inventory processes, seasonal planning, and ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations;
Ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and perform all Team Leader functions to open/close the store when needed
