Lead our sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering growth within the local Lexington Park community.

Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them reach their personal and professional goals.

Provide personalized risk assessments and policy recommendations that address the specific needs of our neighbors.

Organize and participate in local events to build lasting connections with individuals and businesses in the area.

Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure we are consistently hitting our service quality and production goals.

Continuously refine our outreach strategies to ensure we remain the go-to agency for reliable coverage.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative environment.

Strong proficiency in client relationship management software.

Effective public speaking and presentation skills for community networking.

Understanding of regional insurance market trends in Southern Maryland.
