On our team, you'll translate your customer’s needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective solutions by developing durable sof tware architectures with a focus on cybersecurity and digital engineering (DE) integration. You will architect products, strategies, and process improvements, establish specifications, and drive engineering discipline using DE automation. You’ll use the latest tools such as Came, Git Lab, Jira or Confluence, M & S, and Agentic AI workflows, to design an effective solutions architecture for various clients.

Your technical expertise will be vital as you lead the building of solution architecture into tangible sof tware releases, cloud migrations, process improvements, and technical innovation using an Agile DE  this role, you’ll directly impact the organization and customers by supporting their transition to a DE workflow, designing solutions for their unique use cases that will support the warfighter. With your advanced technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you’ll guide a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:10+ years of experience developing sof tware engineering architecture and implementation5+ years of experience in the DoW, Navy, or aviation

Experience with tech stack or languages, including SysML or UML, and object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, or C#Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban, and IAC MACKnowledge of Cloud technologies, migration, and modernization

Ability to lead and support RFPs in an IAC MAC environment

Ability to lead or support technical solutioning across multiple opportunities or proposals simultaneously

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in CS or Sof tware Engineering Ability to obtain a Security+, CISSP, or ISSAP Certification within 3 months of hire date

Nice If You Have:

Experience with programming languages Rus t, Go, or Python Experience in DE and Model-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE )Experience with ISRExperience developing whitepapers

Knowledge of sof tware architecture and design patterns
