Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join adynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, be proficient in financial reporting, and possess strong analytical skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Oversee and manage the general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and assist with audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel);
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Integrity and professionalism in managing confidential information.
