Position: Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist Travel & Expenses

Accounts Payable
:

  • Matching receivers to vendor invoices
  • Enter matching invoices in accounting system
  • Address issues with buyers and/or receiving dept.
  • Filing daily

    • Accounts Receivable
    :

  • Clearing daily deposits in accounting system
  • Generating and applying any credits approved
  • Run weekly reports and reconciliation
  • Calling and emailing customers for all outstanding balances
  • Prepare weekly reports for Accounting Director updates

    • Team Travel
    :

  • Booking & managing team travel (flights/lodging)
  • Event budget spreadsheets (all travel expenses including freight and supplies)
  • Expensify management – ensure all expense reports are submitted
  • Other tasks as needed
