Accounts Payable Intern

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Intern to join our Accounting team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience supporting Accounts Payable operations, vendor management, and financial processes in a collaborative office environment.

Temporary (potential for long‑term employment)

Part‑Time | Flexible (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

$17.00 per hour

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Support Accounts Payable and Utilities operations
• Monitor AP inbox and follow up with vendors
• Help resolve account issues, reconcile vendor accounts, and track invoices
• Perform data entry, audits, and reporting support
• Collaborate with team members on projects and deadlines

• Currently pursuing or recently completed High School or college education
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
