Staff Accountant

IMG Licensing is the global leader in brand licensing. This role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting and royalty management for a portfolio of licensed clients.

• Manage client invoicing, royalty tracking, client payments, and summaries based on representation agreement requirements.
• Review royalty report input to CRM and Guarantee/Royalty tracker for all deals/clients allocated to this role.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to fulfill ad hoc client and internal requests.
• Update quarterly projections per corporate calendar.
• Audit client requests with review by Senior Accounting.
• Perform monthly financial close responsibilities for Licensing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships or entry‑level roles count).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (SAP) is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
• Thorough understanding of business needs and processes.

Hiring Rate Minimum: $48,750 annually

Hiring Rate Maximum: $65,000 annually
