Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will be responsible for month-end close activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting the overall accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis efforts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with annual audit requests.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
• Review fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and provide financial insight.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.
