Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join Tempur Sealy's accounting team in Lexington, KY. This individual will help lead the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and support the creation of financial statements and reporting. They will analyze financial data, assist with forecasting initiatives, support internal and external audits, and help improve accounting processes and controls.
This role also partners closely with teams throughout the organization, making strong communication and collaboration skills essential for success.
