We're recruiting for a locally owned and operated tax and accounting firm looking to add talent ranging from an experienced Tax Accountant through Senior Tax Accountant
, depending on the individual's background and experience.
The firm is intentionally open to candidates at different stages of their tax careers. If you have at least 3 years of professional tax experience
, don't count yourself out because you don't have a senior title yet. Likewise, if you've spent years developing deep tax expertise and are looking for the right next chapter, there's room for that experience here too.
$70,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience and level
Your title, responsibilities, and compensation will be aligned with the experience and expertise you bring to the firm.
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns
- Working with individual and business tax clients
- Researching tax matters and assisting with tax planning strategies
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Assisting clients throughout the year—not just during tax season
- Identifying opportunities to provide proactive guidance and added value
- Taking on increasing levels of responsibility as your experience grows
- For more experienced candidates, providing review, guidance, and mentorship to developing team members
The biggest requirement?
At least 3 years of professional tax experience.
Beyond that, we're interested in meeting candidates across a range of experience levels.
