- Physical Requirements: Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time, occasionally lifting of object up to 25lbs, navigating campus.
- Shift: Will be scheduled to work 10-15 hours per week during regular office hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must be available Fridays from 12:30–2:30 p.m.

Looking for a flexible campus job that fits around your class schedule? Our team is hiring a Student Office Assistant to provide general office support, assist with errands around campus, and help cover the front desk.
What You’ll Do- Run errands across campus (e.g., picking up items from campus stakeholders or Development Offices)
- Cover the front desk on Fridays and occasionally when staff call in (greeting visitors, answering phones)
- Assist with office tasks such as editing Excel spreadsheets, preparing mailings, organizing supply areas, and other administrative projects
- Support a welcoming and collaborative office environment
- Be part of the University’s Office of Philanthropy, supporting initiatives that make a real impact for students, faculty, and the community
- Gain professional office, communication, and customer service experience to build your rs um
