Job Summary

Looking for a flexible campus job that fits around your class schedule? Our team is hiring a Student Office Assistant to provide general office support, assist with errands around campus, and help cover the front desk.

What You’ll Do
  • Run errands across campus (e.g., picking up items from campus stakeholders or Development Offices)
  • Cover the front desk on Fridays and occasionally when staff call in (greeting visitors, answering phones)
  • Assist with office tasks such as editing Excel spreadsheets, preparing mailings, organizing supply areas, and other administrative projects
