Job Summary

This position in the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) is responsible for completing the administrative closeout process for sponsored projects.

Responsibilities
  • Running and distributing a report of accounts that have closed in the OSPA database (closeout report)
  • Reviewing the sponsored project account based on specified criteria and documenting those in the report
  • Communicating information from the report to other UK units, and marking and moving the electronic files for record retention purposes.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Familiar with electronic files
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
