Job Summary

The STEPS Office Assistant will assist in the daily operations of the Employee Relations office. The Employee Relations office:

  • Consults with employees, managers and administrators on workplace issues
  • Provide consultative and coaching resources
  • Policy interpretation
  • HR best practices
  • Investigative analysis
  • And more!
Responsibilities Of This Position May Include
  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing calendars
  • Filing and data entry

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

All basic computer (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to learn SAP, and possibly some 3rd party systems as well. Customer service skills. A strong understanding of highly confidential data and HIPAA compliance.
