Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk at an established and expanding law firm including managing all inbound client calls, calendar management/scheduling for attorneys, coordinating client care, legal document preparation and filing and general administrative support functions for the office.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations and greet clients
- Handle inbound client calls
- Schedule attorneys and manage calendars
- Coordinate client care and communications
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM (LEAP preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication
- Sharp attention to detail
Experience with Adobe, familiarity with legal terminology and documentation, and e‑filing preferred but not required.
