Job Summary

The Administrative Services Assistant for the Department of Engineering Technology provides comprehensive executive-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Department Chair. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Chair’s Office by managing internal and external relationships, coordinating complex schedules and travel, overseeing departmental events and programs, and stewarding highly sensitive and confidential information.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Experience with PRD’s, Concur travel and jotforms.
