About the roleResponsible for advertising sales department’s proposals, network information, tracking and reporting all weekly and end of month numbers, projections, updating inventory reports and answering incoming calls as a company representative.
What you'll do- Creates outgoing proposals.
- Compiles Neilsen numbers or Com Score numbers and information for Account Executives.
- Compiles insertion orders and folders when needed.
- May work with Business Manager on accounts receivables.
- Updates prospect kits.
- Performs other functions than may be assigned by supervisor.
- May involve some travel.
3-5 years general office/clerical experience preferred.
Knowledge of linear and digital advertising functions and terms.
Very detail oriented.
Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
