Job Summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a Parking Infrastructure Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of parking and transportation infrastructure projects that ensure safe, accessible, and well‑maintained campus parking assets. This role manages work orders and maintenance activities from initial request through completion, conducts site reviews, and maintains accurate documentation and inventory related to parking spaces, signage, and way finding.

The position works closely with campus partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with applicable standards, including ADA compliance requirements. The Parking Infrastructure Coordinator also tracks project timelines, monitors budgets and deliverables, and ensures accurate record‑keeping and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate parking infrastructure projects from work order intake through completion and closeout.
  • Conduct site reviews and field assessments to evaluate parking conditions, signage, and way finding needs.
  • Maintain and update documentation, records, and inventory for parking spaces, signage, and related assets.
  • Collaborate with campus partners, contractors, and vendors to support maintenance and project execution.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Support compliance with ADA standards and other applicable regulations related to parking infrastructure.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe and functional parking facilities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide operational updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to parking infrastructure and asset management.
