Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities.
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution for all employees.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment periods, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
  • Perform essential general HR functions, including supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, maintaining confidential personnel files, and assisting with basic employee relations and policy interpretation.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
  • Education Requirements:

    High school diploma required. (Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.)
  • Level of Experience Requirements:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a combined HR, administrative, or operations support role.
  • Exceptional command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for scheduling, reporting, and presentation preparation.
  • Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, FMLA).
  • Knowledge of executive office protocols and professional standards required when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with managing physical access control systems (e.g., badge systems) and basic security monitoring practices.
  • Skill in accurate data entry and meticulous record‑keeping, particularly in operations and personnel systems.
  • Ability to exercise superior judgment and maintain composure under pressure while handling sensitive information and operational incidents.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex policy and administrative processes clearly to employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions.
