The Martin‑Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment’s Horticulture department is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to maintain its business office operations and assist with finance and accounting needs. The selected candidate will serve as an integral part of the business office team and will coordinate procurement card processing, SAP transactions (ex: PRDs, POs, SRM orders), departmental ordering and shipping, reconciliations, front‑line office operations, and departmental events.
The Horticulture department includes the Horticulture Research Farm and Community Supported Agriculture programs in South Lexington, the UK LFUCG Arboretum, and the James
B. Beam Institute for Kentucky Spirits.
