Job SummaryUK Health Care has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Executive Chief Medical Office team. In this crucial role, you will support the Chief of Medical Staff Affairs and Cardiovascular and Transplant Service Line Directors, ensuring seamless administrative and clerical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top‑notch administrative and clerical support to senior executives.
- Manage administrative operations for various projects (to be determined).
- Handle financial duties with precision and a high level of attention to detail.
- Coordinate business activities, including overseeing calendars, scheduling, and organizing internal/external meetings and logistics.
- Schedule and manage business trips efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve routine problems and manage resources effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, excellent time management, and sound judgement.
- Respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
- Play a visible, high‑impact role supporting executive leadership at one of the region’s leading academic medical centers.

Preferred Education/ExperienceAssociates Degree and 4 years administrative/clerical support experience or equivalent.
