* ** About the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead Role*
* Conduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 40 people.

The Inbound Mailroom Team handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. As an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

* + Responsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroom

+ Responsible for processing of specialized PO boxes

+ Oversee and manage team attendance/absences

+ Maintain order in the workroom

+ Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines

+ Assist with hiring new team members

+ Driving company vehicle if needed

+ Responsible for other tasks as assigned

** Requirements:*
* + Proficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Time management skills

+ Must be over 18 years of age

+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED

+ Must pass a background check

+ Able to lift up to 40lbs

+ Must have a valid driver's license

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $17 an hour.
