Admissions Officer II – Undergraduate Admissions – Lexington, KY, Salary $19.18–30.68/hour, Staff, Full‑Time, Grade 43. Requisition No. RE54831.

Job Summary

Position supports Enrollment Management and university goals, ensuring students admitted within service objectives and maintaining accurate application data. Liaises between Admission Operations and Undergraduate Recruitment. Answers inquiries from internal and external customers regarding application status and admission processes. Supports student success from outreach to graduation, using a holistic, data‑driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Process admissions applications and maintain data accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication between admission teams and recruitment.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status, admission procedures, and related updates.
  • Support students throughout their journey, ensuring timely support and services.
  • Adhere to physical and scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
  • BA degree and 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience working with high‑school students preferred.
  • Significant communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, decision‑making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office; SAP (SLCM) experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Lift, push or pull objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Remain seated for extended periods.
  • Work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (40 h/week).
