- Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary work involving extended periods at a computer workstation. Occasional lifting of supplies or equipment up to 15 lb may be required.
The Administrative Coordinator position supports the day‑to‑day operational and administrative functions of the UKHC Simulation Center. Working closely with the Administrative Manager and Simulation Center staff, this role contributes to scheduling coordination, data management, communications, and purchasing processes that sustain simulation center operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling for simulation sessions.
- Enter and manage data related to simulation center operations.
- Communicate with staff, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Support purchasing processes and procurement of supplies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn data entry and scheduling support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
No supervisory responsibilities.
