Job Summary:
Assist the University Registrar and other leadership team members within the office in overall management including goal setting, policy making, action planning and improving organizational structure. Work to promote productivity, cooperation and collaboration within the Registrar's Office and other units across campus. Evaluate current practices and develop goals and strategies to improve the services offered within the Registrar's Office. Aid and advise the University Registrar on key initiatives.
Supervise, monitor, and implement work assignments for multiple sections of the Registrar's Office including classroom management, course scheduling, and curriculum management. Communicate policies and procedures to faculty, staff, students, and others as needed. Represent the University Registrar on committees, task forces and other strategic initiatives. Provide high-quality customer service and champion customer service to direct reports. Responsible for various special projects.
Serve as primary contact for the office in absence of the University Registrar.
