Job Summary
The Schedule Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that anesthesia records received in the system are complete and accurate. This role involves comparing, analyzing, and reconciling schedules to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of related processes.
Essential Functions and Tasks- Compare schedules from different sourcestoidentifyinconsistencies.
- Analyze scheduling data to detect patterns and root causes of discrepancies.
- Work with relevant teams to correct scheduling errors and update records.
- Generate and distribute reports on schedule accuracy and reconciliation status.
- Ensuring all cases scheduled are received and reconciled.
- All cases should be bemonitoreddaily to ensure it is billedin a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Basic use of computer,telephone, internet,copier,fax, andscanner.
- Basictouch

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
