Hours:

215 Days / 8 Hours. Estimated New Hire Annual Salary Range: $16.66/hr - $20.73/hr.
* As per Board-approved  salary placement rules/schedules.

Assumes responsibility for maintaining the students' permanent academic and health records for his/her secondary school records; including updating grade tabs, posting scores, receiving and sending records to other schools, colleges, employers, etc.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Word processing skills.
• Successful clerical experience.
• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to take the initiative in work assignments.
• Relates well with parents and students.
• Experience in a diverse workplace.

Applicants who receive and accept a Job Offer for positions less than 260 days participate in a mandatory escrow Payroll system to provide consistent pay for the calendar year even though they only work the school calendar.
